May Matters to Georgia is an activation by Texas-based nonprofit organizations In Good Company Institute and Texas Impact. Although the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act ("TDPSA") exempts nonprofit organizations from many of its formal compliance requirements, In Good Company Institute voluntarily follows privacy best practices consistent with the Act. We do not collect or process sensitive personal data as defined under the TDPSA unless you voluntarily provide it. We use personal data only for the purposes described in this Policy, and we do not sell or share personal data as those terms are defined under the TDPSA.

2. Information We Collect

May Matters to Georgia collects information in several ways.

Personal Data
This category includes information you voluntarily provide such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any demographic information you choose to share. You may provide this information when you sign up for updates, complete forms, or participate in activities on the site.

Derivative Data

March Matters does not sell or license personal data collected through HubSpot.

May Matters to Georgia will never share your personal data with any external organization unless that organization originally provided us with your contact information for a partnership effort. These situations are rare and carefully limited.

In those specific cases:

• We only share data with the partner who supplied the contacts
• We only share information about that partner’s own audience
• We never share your information with any unrelated third party

Outside of these partner specific situations, your information remains fully confidential and used only by March Matters.

We do not share your information for advertising or marketing purposes outside of March Matters and our originating partners.

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), nonprofit organizations like May Matters to Georgia are exempt from the Act’s formal compliance requirements. However, we voluntarily provide the following rights as a matter of transparency and best practice.You may have the following rights depending on your location:

• The right to request deletion under certain conditions
• The right to request limits on how we process your data
• The right to object to certain types of processing
• The right to request data portability
