Georgia Matters is a nonpartisan coalition of Georgia leaders working to increase participation in the primary and primary runoff — through trusted institutions, everyday people, and the networks that already exist.
Civic participation feels harder than ever. Georgia Matters makes it simple. We bring together businesses, faith communities, nonprofits, and community organizations across Georgia who believe that informed participation is essential to a healthy democracy and a strong state.
Rather than working in isolation, our partners coordinate efforts, share resources, and reinforce one another — so that Georgians receive clear, reliable, nonpartisan information where they already live, work, and worship.
Georgia Matters focuses on the elections that matter most and receive the least attention. Georgia primary elections determine who appears on the November ballot for most offices, yet turnout is consistently low. When only a small share of voters participate, decisions reflect the few rather than the many. Our coalition exists to change that.

We will never endorse, promote, or oppose any candidate running for office. This ensures our partners can confidently share our resources without concern.
